Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience programming in the Aerospace or Industrial gas turbine engine mechanical design discipline.
• Familiar with Lean tools & methodologies and strong project management skills.
• Experience with CAM/CNC programming and multi‑axis machining is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop fixturing, tooling, and CAM programs for milling and grinding of turbine components.
• Collaborate with Operations and Quality teams to ensure flawless production and part quality.
• Apply CI and Lean tools to continuously improve processes and tooling/equipment.
• Lead project teams on new designs, repairs, and process enhancements.
• Engage with Engineering to develop new parts, repairs, and technologies.
• Drive on-time delivery and budget adherence for manufacturing projects.
• Maintain safety and compliance with regulatory requirements.
