Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of CNC programming using CAM software such as Esprit or HyperMill.
• 5+ years of machine setup/operator experience.
• Strong knowledge of G and M code and multi-axis machining.
• Experience with 5-axis milling and multi-task machines, live tooling lathes, mill-turns.
• Familiarity with Fanuc, Siemens, or Brother controls and diverse materials.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret technical blueprints and design models.
• Program, set up, and operate CNC multi-axis milling and turning machines.
• Design, spec out, and implement work holding and fixtures.
• Troubleshoot issues during manufacturing and adjust processes.
• Perform quality control checks during and after production.
