Job summary
Anduril Industries is seeking a skilled CNC Operator in Morrisville, NC to perform high-precision machining on production floor, collaborate with engineering, quality, and assembly, and support development of new manufacturing processes. You will execute complex setups, ensure tight tolerances, manage tooling and fixtures, and help drive manufacturing excellence.
Ideal candidates have 5+ years in CNC operations, fixture setups, and multi-axis machining, with familiarity of G&M codes and
Qualifications
- Full-time on site in Morrisville, NC
- 5+ years CNC operator experience
- 5+ years fixture setups experience
- Clear understanding of G and M codes
- Experience with multi-axis and 3D machining
- Experience with CNC lathes
- Experience with 3/4 axis vertical mills
- High level of tooling and fixture experience
- Ability to own manufacturing process from start to finish
- Ability to adapt between R&D and production
- Ability to multi-task
- U.S. Person status required for export controlled data
- Eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance
Responsibilities
- Operate CNC mills, lathes, and multi-axis routers
- Interpret CAD design models
- Set up fixtures and vacuum fixtures as needed
- Troubleshoot issues and adjust during manufacturing
- Perform GD&T inspections during manufacturing
