Lockheed Martin Corporation is seeking an experienced CNC programmer to develop and write programs for numerically controlled machines from engineering drawings. You will analyze part configurations, select tool paths, and optimize routines for efficient NC operations.

Qualificações

• Interpret complex engineering drawings and work orders.
• Understand Basic GD&T.
• Root cause (RCCA) troubleshooting of machining issues.
• Experience programming 5-Axis Metallic parts.
• Knowledge of high speed machining techniques in aluminum and hard metals.
• Proficient in AI prompting as it applies to this position and practice.

Responsabilidades

• Develops and writes CNC programs for numerically controlled machines from engineering drawings and specifications.
• Tests and modifies existing programs for changes or improvements.

Conhecimentos

Strong analytical skills

9+ years experience with CAD/CAM Softw

5+ years experience with Catia v5

Working knowledge of milling, drilling

Aero Industry NC programming

Metallic and composites machining

Surfacing and solid model building

Robotics programming

Designing part nesting fixtures

Microsoft Office applications
