Mach Industries in Huntington Beach, CA seeks a seasoned CNC Machine Programmer to program and operate advanced CNC machines for precision components in defense platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years CNC programming experience with CAM software.
• 5+ years setting up and operating multi-axis CNC machines.
• Strong knowledge of G/M codes and machine controls (Fanuc/Siemens/Brother).

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints, CAD models, and specs to develop CNC programs.
• Program, set up, and operate CNC machines with CAM software.
• Design custom fixturing to optimize throughput.
• Operate 5-axis mills and multi-tasking machines for high-tolerance parts.
• Perform in-process and final GD&T inspections.
• Maintain and clean equipment; ensure safety and compliance.
