Aerotek is seeking a Senior Machine Operator in San Diego, CA to operate and set up CNC Haas Mills, Robo Drills, and Fanuc-controlled machines in a fast-paced production environment. The role requires setting up 3-axis CNC machines, loading parts, and performing tool touch-offs with a focus on precision and quality.

Ideal candidates will have 1+ year CNC operation experience, experience with Haas machines, the ability to read blueprints, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of CNC machine operation experience preferred.
• Experience with Haas CNC machines and machine setups.
• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools.
• Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
• Manufacturing experience required.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC Haas Mills, Robo Drills, and Fanuc controls.
• Set up and run 3-axis CNC machines.
• Perform machine changeovers and verify program accuracy.
• Load parts, install fixtures, and perform tool touch-offs.
• Use calipers, gauges, and measuring tools for quality inspections.
• Maintain production quality and safety standards.
