QC Manufacturing Inc is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist in San Diego to set up, operate, and optimize CNC mills and lathes using Fanuc, Okuma and Haas controls. You will read complex blueprints with GD&T, select tooling and parameters, and work with engineering and quality to meet tight deadlines.

You will also handle offsets, program changes, and support lean manufacturing environments while adapting to superalloy, castings, and forgings through a collaborative team approach.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a CNC Machinist in a machine shop.
• Ability to set up and run jobs unsupervised.
• Knowledge of materials including castings and forgings.
• Proficiency reading blueprints and applying geometric tolerances.
• Competence making program changes at machining centers.

Responsabilidades

• Independently set up, operate, and optimize CNC mills and lathes.
• Comfortably work with Fanuc, Okuma, Haas, and similar controls.
• Read and interpret complex blueprints and GD&T.
• Adjust offsets and make competent program changes at the machine.
• Select tooling and cutting parameters for a wide range of metals; collaborate with engineering, quality, and manufacturing.
