Jobot, an aerospace company in California, is seeking a dynamic CNC Mill Programmer with a passion for precision and innovation. You will develop machinable CNC programs using SolidWorks, Haas, and CIMCO, and you will set up, operate, and maintain CNC machines to ensure maximum efficiency and accuracy.

The role requires at least five years of experience with Fanuc controls and NC codes, collaboration with design engineers, adherence to safety and quality standards, and mentoring junior team

Formación

• Minimum of 5 years of CNC programming experience.
• Proficiency in Mill, Fanuc controls, NC Codes, SolidWorks, Haas, CIMCO, and horizontal mills.
• Strong understanding of machining processes and setup.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and CAD models.
• Commitment to health and safety.

Responsabilidades

• Developing and producing machinable CNC programs using Solidworks, Haas, and CIMCO.
• Setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines to ensure maximum efficiency and precision.
• Interpreting and working from engineering drawings, CAD models, and NC codes.
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues with CNC programs and machinery.
• Collaborating closely with design engineers and machinists to optimize designs and improve manufacturing processes.
• Ensuring all work complies with health and safety regulations and quality standards.
• Keeping up to date with the latest advancements in CNC programming and machinery.
• Training and mentoring junior team members in CNC programming and operation.
