Jobot is seeking a meticulous CNC Machines / Mold Maker in Hatfield, PA for a permanent, full-time role. You will work with state-of-the-art CNC equipment to maintain top-quality and efficiency in production.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in CNC operation and mold making, with proficiency in 5-axis CNC, G Code, Mastercam, and MIG welding. A strong eye for detail and team collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in CNC machine operation, mold making, or a related field.
• Proficiency in operating 5-axis CNC machines.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of manual dexterity.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately.
• Experience with calibration and measurement tools like micrometers and calipers.
• Proficiency in operating a lathe and understanding G Code and Mastercam.
• Experience in tool and die making.
• Proficiency in MIG welding.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain CNC machines, including 5-axis systems.
• Read and interpret blueprints to ensure correct specifications.
• Calibrate equipment for precision and performance.
• Use micrometers and calipers to verify part dimensions.
• Work on a lathe to shape materials per specs.
• Write and understand G Code and Mastercam programs.
• Craft and modify molds, tools, and dies for production.
• Perform MIG welding as required.
• Collaborate with team to troubleshoot and optimize processes.
• Adhere to safety protocols and keep a clean, organized workspace.
