Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced CNC Machines / Mold Maker in Hatfield, PA to join a permanent, on-site team. You will operate 5-axis CNC machines, read blueprints, and craft molds and dies with precision, while collaborating with colleagues to optimize production.

Qualified candidates have 5+ years in CNC/mold making, proficiency with G Code and Mastercam, and strong attention to detail. The role offers full benefits and a supportive, safety-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in CNC operation or mold making.
• Experience with 5-axis CNC machines.
• Strong blueprint reading and precision measuring skills.
• F familiar with G Code and Mastercam.
• Skilled in MIG welding and tool/die making.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain CNC machines, including 5-axis systems.
• Read blueprints and inspect parts with micrometers/calipers.
• Calibrate equipment for precision and quality.
• Work on lathe and mold/tool/die fabrication.
• Write/interpret G Code and Mastercam programs.
• Collaborate with team to troubleshoot and improve processes.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain clean work area.
