Job summary
LeoForce in Hatfield, PA is seeking a skilled CNC Machines / Mold Maker to join our precision manufacturing team. This permanent, full-time role focuses on operating and maintaining 5-axis CNC machines, reading blueprints, and ensuring tight tolerances through careful measurement and calibration. You will write and interpret G Code and Mastercam programs, craft and modify molds and dies, perform MIG welding, and collaborate to troubleshoot processes while upholding safety and cleanliness.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in CNC machine operation or mold making.
Proficiency in operating 5-axis CNC machines.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints with high accuracy.
Experience with calibration and measuring tools (micrometers, calipers).
Proficiency in lathe operation and G Code/Mastercam.
Experience in tool and die making and MIG welding.
Responsibilities
Operate and maintain 5-axis CNC machines, including 5-axis setups.
Read and interpret blueprints to meet specifications.
Calibrate equipment for precision and consistency.
Use micrometers and calipers to verify dimensions.
Work on lathe operations and write G Code/Mastercam programs.
Craft molds, tools, and dies to production needs.
Perform MIG welding as required.
Collaborate to troubleshoot and improve processes.
Maintain safety and a clean work area.
