This is a permanent, full-time position that offers an opportunity to work with state-of-the-art CNC machinery and equipment. As a part of our team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest level of quality and efficiency in our production processes.

Responsibilities:

As a CNC Machines / Mold Maker, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Operating and maintaining CNC machines, including 5-axis machines.
• Reading and interpreting blueprints to understand the specifications and requirements of the product.
• Calibrating equipment to ensure optimal performance and precision.
• Using measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers to inspect and verify the dimensions of the components.
• Working on a lathe to shape materials according to specifications.
• Writing and understanding G Code and Mastercam programs for CNC machines.
• Crafting and modifying molds, tools, and dies to meet production requirements.
• Performing MIG welding tasks as required.
• Collaborating with the team to troubleshoot issues and improve processes.
• Adhering to safety protocols and maintaining a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications:

To be considered for the CNC Machines / Mold Maker position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in CNC machine operation, mold making, or a related field.
• Proficiency in operating 5-axis CNC machines.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of manual dexterity.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately.
• Experience with equipment calibration and the use of measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers.
• Proficiency in operating a lathe and understanding of G Code and Mastercam.
• Experience in tool and die making.
• Proficiency in MIG welding.
