Job summary

MultiSource Manufacturing LLC is seeking a skilled CNC Milling operator for 1st or 2nd shift in Minnesota. You will set up, operate, and verify quality on a range of milling machines, reading blueprints, selecting tooling, and performing in-process inspections.

The role requires 5–7 years of mill experience in a job shop, high school plus Vo-Tech training, and the ability to follow instructions in English. Competitive benefits and a supportive team environment are offered.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent with Vo-Tech training in machine tool technology or related area.
• 5 to 7 years of mill set-up and operating experience in a job shop.
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring instruments.
• Ability to understand and follow instructions in English.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and verify the quality of work on CNC milling machines.
• Perform routine and some complex set-ups with supervision as needed.
• Read drawings/specifications and select tooling/fixtures.
• Conduct in-process inspections and maintain paperwork.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and conform to quality system.
