Qualifications

• 2-Year technical diploma or associate degree in CNC machining.
• Large milling center experience with close-tolerance work on big components.
• Fluent editing of G&M codes at the controller; read GD&T prints.
• Ability to evaluate tool wear and adjust feeds/speeds on the fly.
• U.S. citizenship or green card and valid daily driving area.

Responsibilities

• Execute independent tool and fixture setups on large CNC milling centers.
• Edit G&M code at the machine controller and optimize tool paths.
• Interpret complex drawings and verify geometrical tolerances.
• Perform precision metrology with bore gauges and micrometers.
• Collaborate with welding, fabrication and design teams to reduce cycle times.
• Maintain a clean 5S workstation and uphold safety standards.
