Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC milling machines for complex precision components.
• Translate prints, programs, and setup information into reliable machine setups.
• Review CAM output and identify potential issues before cutting parts.
• Select and validate tooling, fixtures, workholding, offsets, and probing routines.
• Adjust speeds, feeds, offsets, and cutting parameters as needed.
• Produce and inspect first articles.
• Diagnose chatter, dimensional drift, surface finish problems, and tooling issues.
• Maintain tight tolerances and verify parts with precision measuring equipment.
