Job summary

Component Repair Technologies, Inc. seeks an experienced CNC Mill Machinist to perform precision milling of turbine engine components in a world-class aerospace MRO facility in Mentor, OH.

You will work on complex parts, read technical drawings, and ensure OEM specifications are met with tight tolerances. The role requires 5+ years of CNC milling experience, strong measurement skills, and collaboration within a large machining department that includes VTL, Mill, Grind, and CNC programming.

Qualifications

• Five plus years of experience operating CNC milling equipment.
• Experience in a job shop environment and made-to-order manufacturing.
• First article experience and GD&T knowledge.
• Strong problem solving on setups, tooling, fixturing, and CNC programming.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety policies and use gauges to inspect parts and determine material removal.
• Operate machines to achieve specified dimensions and prepare for coatings.
• Record findings and maintain documentation per work instructions.
• Assist in training other machinists as part of the OJT program.
