Tecomet is seeking a CNC Machinist III to operate, set up, and possibly program CNC mills, Wire EDMs, and CNC lathes to produce parts per drawings and process instructions. The role emphasizes adherence to quality and safety standards while maintaining documentation and continuous improvement.

You will read blueprints, propose setups, adjust tooling and offsets, and support engineering with fixture redesigns. The position requires strong measuring skills and a commitment to GMP/ GDP practices.

Formación

• High School diploma or GED.
• 5+ years CNC Machining experience.
• Able to operate, set up, and maintain a CNC machine.
• Ability to read blueprints and tolerances.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety and quality.

Responsabilidades

• Operate, set up, and could program CNC mills, Wire EDM's, and CNC lathes within tolerances.
• Propose new production setups and change offsets/tooling.
• Perform difficult CNC machining with close tolerances.
• Read and evaluate blueprints or specifications.
• Troubleshoot CNC programs and processes.
• Maintain 5S/housekeeping standards and PM schedules.
