Tecomet is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist III to produce machined parts by operating, setting up, and potentially programming CNC mills, Wire EDMs, and lathes within tight tolerances. You will read blueprints, adjust tooling, and ensure quality through OOQ standards while maintaining equipment and records.

The role requires strong problem solving, safety, and collaboration with engineering to improve fixtures and processes, along with adherence to GMP/GDP practices and continuous improvement

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years CNC Machining experience
• HS diploma or GED required
• Preferred: Associate degree/certificate in Tooling & Machining or Machinist apprenticeship

Aufgaben

• Operate, set up, and possibly program CNC mills, Wire EDMs, and CNC lathes within tolerances
• Propose new production setups and change offsets/tooling
• Perform complex machining with close tolerances
• Read and evaluate blueprints or specifications
• Troubleshoot CNC programs and processes
• Maintain quality using OOQ standards and measurement tools
• Assist Engineering with fixtures, tooling wear, and offsets
• Record activities on job tracking system
• Ensure safe working practices and GMP/GDP compliance
