Qualifications

  • 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience in CNC machining.
  • Strong CNC programming and machining operations background.
  • Lean / continuous improvement mindset.
  • Strong blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

  • Process parts from schematics and provided quotes.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives across machining operations.
  • Optimize CNC processes, tooling, cycle times, and production flow.
  • Support new product launches and manufacturing readiness.
  • Analyze production data to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
  • Develop work instructions, SOPs, and process documentation.
  • Partner with Sales, Engineering, Quality, and Production teams.
  • Evaluate new equipment, automation, and machining technologies.
  • Troubleshoot production challenges and implement long-term solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and customer expectations.
