Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent preferred.
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma and process improvement.
- Familiarity with CAD/CAM software and machining processes.
- Strong problem solving and data analysis skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize manufacturing processes and work instructions.
- Design and implement tooling, fixtures, and process improvements.
- Support CNC machining operations including validation and troubleshooting.
- Analyze production data to improve efficiency, quality, and throughput.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma.
- Create and maintain manufacturing documentation including routings and BOMs.
- Support new product launches from prototype to production.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Evaluate equipment capabilities and recommend capital improvements.
