Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in hydraulic/pneumatic/mechanical/electrical repair and experience with Siemens 840D, Okuma, Fanuc, Heidenheimer, or Allen Bradley controls.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical repair or maintenance.
• Experience with CNC control systems: Siemens 840D, Okuma, Fanuc, Heidenheimer, and Allen Bradley.
• Willingness to obtain forklift certification and operate forklift when needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair all assets to ensure proper operating condition.
• Provide preventative and corrective maintenance on CNCs: 5-axis milling, mill-turn, horizontal and vertical lathes.
• Troubleshoot and repair control and electrical system failures involving PLCs, HMIs, servomotors, servo amplifiers, I/O, and field sensors.
• Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems including actuators, valves, pumps, and filters.
• Troubleshoot and repair machine tool mechanical systems including ball screws, linear rails, guideways, and gearboxes.
• Drive forklifts and company vehicles.
• Perform other related duties to ensure efficient operations.
