Qualifications

• 7+ years experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical repair or maintenance.
• Experience with CNC control systems: Siemens 840D, Okuma, Fanuc, Heidenheimer, and Allen Bradley.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair CNC assets to ensure proper operating condition.
• Provide preventive and corrective maintenance on complex CNCs: 5-axis milling, mill‑turn, horizontal and vertical lathes.
• Troubleshoot control, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic system failures including PLCs, HMIs, servo motors, actuators, valves, and sensors.
• Repair machine tool mechanical systems: ball screws, linear rails, guideways, and gearboxes.
• Operate forklifts and related inventory equipment; perform additional duties as needed.
