Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write and understand English, perform simple shop math calculations, and follow verbal and written instructions accurately.
• Must have general computer experience.
• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing good customer services. This includes meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
• Must be able to set up and operate a variety of CNC machines such as lathes, mills, and mill turns.
• Must be capable of working within tolerances of .0002" in a high‑pressure, fast‑paced, quality oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Train Level I and II operators on CNC machines, gear cutters and other manual machines.
• Contribute ideas for continuous improvement in setups and processes.
• Maintain ITT Quick Change setup software and tooling.
• Operate and set up a variety of CNC machines with precision and safety.
• Ensure a clean, organized, safe work area and proper tooling storage.
