Job summary

ITT Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to develop and optimize machining processes for machined parts and sub-assemblies. You will determine procedures, tooling, and sequencing to meet drawings and specifications, while spending time in the shop to solve problems and improve workflows.

You will participate in cost and planning decisions for new product development and legacy maintenance, collaborating with engineers and suppliers to ensure manufacturability and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial or Aeronautical/Aerospace Engineering required.
• 3–5 years’ experience in standard machining operations or manufacturing engineering.
• CAD design experience with CATIA V5, SolidWorks, and/or Creo.

Responsibilities

• Develop manufacturing processes and sequence operations for machined parts.
• Solve problems in the machine shop and improve processes.
• Lead or contribute to design reviews for manufacturability and cost.
