Top Echelon Software, LLC seeks a skilled CNC Machinist/Programmer (Mills & Lathe s) to produce precision components for aerospace, automotive, and medical devices. You will set up, program, and operate Fanuc-controlled machines, read blueprints, and ensure tight tolerances using precision metrology tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of CNC programming and machining experience.
• Minimum 3 years proficiency in setting up and operating CNC machines.
• Strong blueprint reading and ability to read G & M codes - Fanuc control.
• Proficiency in tooling selection and offsets.

Responsabilités

• Program, set up, operate, and edit Fanuc controlled CNC Mills & Lathes per specs.
• Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to ensure accurate machining.
• Upload programs and adjust parameters (G&M code edits) on machine.
• Select and install tooling and set tooling offsets as needed.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot CNC machines.
• Conduct First Article Inspection (FAI) using precision measuring tools.
• Maintain quality control throughout the machining process.
• Keep workspace clean and organized.
