Job summary
Top Echelon Software, LLC is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist (Mostly Lathes) to produce high-precision components for aerospace, automotive and medical devices. You will set up and run Fanuc-controlled mills and lathes, read blueprints, edit G/M codes, select tooling, and perform First Article Inspections with precision measurement tools.
The role emphasizes a safety-first mindset, attention to detail, and strong team collaboration. Overtime may be available on the 1st shift.
Qualifications
- Five+ years CNC machining experience required.
- Strong blueprint reading skills and precision mindset.
- Proficient in G & M code edits for Fanuc controls.
- Experience selecting tooling and setting tool offsets.
- Knowledge of metrology tools and quality inspection.
Responsibilities
- Set up, operate CNC Mills and Lathes (Fanuc).
- Read blueprints/ drawings for accurate machining.
- Upload programs and adjust machine parameters (G/M codes).
- Select tooling and make offsets; perform routine maintenance.
- Conduct First Article Inspection using calipers, micrometers, etc.
- Maintain quality control throughout machining process.
- Keep workspace clean and organized.
