Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of CNC machining experience.
• Minimum 3 yrs proficiency in setting up and operating CNC machines.
• Strong blueprint reading skills.
• Ability to read and understand G & M codes - Fanuc control.
• Knowledge of tool selection, tooling setup, and tool offsets.
• Proficiency in metrology tools; CMM experience a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and quality focus.
• Good communication skills and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and edit Fanuc CNC Mills & Lathes per specs.
• 2 to 4 axis machines.
• Read and interpret blueprints and drawings.
• Upload programs and adjust machine parameters (G&M edits).
• Select tooling and set offsets as needed.
• Perform routine CNC maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Conduct First Article Inspection using calipers, micrometers, and similar tools.
• Monitor quality control throughout machining and maintain clean workspace.
