Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of CNC machining experience.
• Minimum 3 years of CNC programming experience.
• Strong blueprint reading skills.
• Ability to read CNC programs (G & M codes - Fanuc control).
• Knowledge of tool selection and tooling offsets.
• Proficiency with metrology tools; CMM experience is a plus.
• Safety-first mindset and problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and program Fanuc-controlled CNC lathes using Mastercam, Gibbs or other CAM software.
• Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings to ensure accurate machining.
• Upload programs and adjust machine parameters as needed.
• Select and install tooling and make tooling offsets.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot CNC machines.
• Conduct First Article Inspections using Vernier, Micrometers, and other tools to verify tolerances.
• Maintain clean, organized workspace and ensure quality throughout the process.
