Job summary
Top Echelon Software, LLC is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist/Programmer (Mills & Lathes) to program, set up, and operate Fanuc-controlled CNC mills and lathes in a precision machining environment in New Britain, CT. You will read blueprints, select tooling, and apply CAM data to produce tight-tolerance parts for aerospace, automotive, and medical devices.

Qualifications
- 4+ years in CNC programming and machining.
- 3+ years setting up and operating CNC machines.
- Strong blueprint reading and GD&T skills.
- Proficient in G & M codes for Fanuc controls.
- Experience with metrology tools is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Program, set up, and operate Fanuc CNC Mills/Lathes.
- Edit G&M code and adjust machine parameters.
- Select tooling and set offsets.
- Perform routine CNC maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Conduct First Article Inspection with calipers, micrometers, and other metrology tools.
- Ensure quality control throughout machining.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace.
