Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years CNC experience in manufacturing, or 2 years with certificates and AS in Manufacturing.
• Ability to read drawings, apply GD&T rules, and interpret G&M codes.
• Capability to set up jobs independently and use micrometers/calipers.

Responsibilities

• Setup and operate CNC lathe or mill for production.
• Observe operations, detect malfunctions, and adjust tooling as needed.
• Manage DNC communications and download tool programs.
• Inspect parts per setup callouts using calibrated measuring tools.
• Replace tools and document changes; follow best machining practices.
• Adhere to environmental, health and safety regulations.
