Job summary

Micro-Tronics, Inc. in Tempe, AZ is seeking a CNC Machinist II to safely set up and operate multiple CNC machines for aerospace component production. You will read blueprints, interpret GD&T, and perform precision inspections to ensure quality and on-time delivery.

The role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with Fanuc controls and multi-axis tooling. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years in CNC setup and running, 4 years in

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in setup and running CNC machining equipment
• 4+ years’ precision machining experience
• Knowledge of G&M codes, tool geometry and wear offsets
• Strong GD&T inspection capabilities with precision tools
• Experience with multi-axis and live-tooling machines desirable
• Experience with Fanuc controls and common aerospace materials
• High school diploma or equivalent; trade school or apprenticeship acceptable

Responsibilities

• Safely set up and operate CNC machines to produce aerospace components
• Follow 5S and maintain clean, safe work area
• Perform in-process inspections and document results
• Log setup/run data and maintain production records
• Troubleshoot non-conformances with approved tooling and programs
• Maintain control of manufacturing processes and ensure quality standards
