Job summary

TECOMET is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist III to operate and set up CNC mills, lathes and wire EDMs, ensuring high accuracy and conformance to drawings. The role emphasizes safety, documentation, and continuous improvement within Tebomet's quality-driven culture.

The successful candidate will read blueprints, troubleshoot programs, and contribute to tool offsets and process improvements, while maintaining records and adhering to GMP-like practices in a precision manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 5+ years CNC machining experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate, set up, and could program CNC mills, wire EDMs, and CNC lathes within tolerances.
• Read and evaluate blueprints or specifications.
• Troubleshoot CNC programs and processes.
• Maintain quality and safety standards and maintain records.
• Propose new production setups and adjust tooling/ offsets as needed.
• Maintain 5S/housekeeping and complete job routers/cards.
