Job summary

TECOMET is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist III to produce precision parts. You will operate, setup, and potentially program CNC mills, lathes, and Wire EDMs, following engineering drawings and process instructions.

You’ll troubleshoot processes, adjust tooling, and maintain quality records in a fast-paced shop environment. The role demands strong math skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative approach to meet safety and productivity targets while supporting continuous improvement

Qualifications

• 5+ years CNC machining experience required.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
• Commitment to quality, safety, and on-time production.

Responsibilities

• Operate, set up, and could program CNC mills, wires EDMs, and lathes within tolerances.
• Propose new production set ups and adjust offsets/tooling as needed.
• Read blueprints, evaluate specs, and maintain records.
• Troubleshoot CNC programs and processes; follow GMP/GDP practices.
• Maintain 5S housekeeping and contribute to continuous improvement.
