Job summary

TECOMET is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist III to produce machined parts by operating, setting up, and potentially programming CNC mills, wires EDMs, and lathes. The role requires strict adherence to quality, GMP/GDP, and safety standards while maintaining equipment and documentation.

You will read blueprints, adjust tooling, and collaborate with engineering to improve fixtures and productivity. A minimum of 5 years of CNC experience and strong math/measurement skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years CNC Machining experience.
• Proficient reading of blueprints and tolerances.
• Ability to program with supervision and run multiple machines.
• Strong attention to detail and safety consciousness.

Responsibilities

• Operate, set up, and could program CNC mills, wire EDMs, and lathes within tolerances.
• Propose new setups and adjust offsets/tooling as part of new production.
• Perform difficult CNC machining including precision parts with close tolerances.
• Read and evaluate blueprints or specifications; troubleshoot CNC programs and processes.
• Maintain documentation and conform to GMP/GDP and 5S housekeeping.
