The role requires 5+ years of CNC machining experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a team.

• Extensive CNC programming and machine operation knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop, modify, and optimize CNC programs for efficiency.
• Implement advanced machining techniques and processes.
• Perform complex machine setups, adjustments, and changeovers.
• Troubleshoot advanced mechanical, software, and machining issues.
• Perform routine and advanced machine maintenance.
• Monitor production for quality, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Conduct final inspections and quality audits per specs.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace.
• Assist in other shop areas as needed.
• Collaborate with team and management to meet production goals.
