Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 6+ years of relevant experience; graduate degree with 4+ years.
• In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and revise CNC machining programs to meet engineering, quality, and efficiency standards.
• Verify programs through prove-outs on production machines and ensure proper work-holding and tooling specifications.
• Optimize cycle times while maintaining quality standards.
• Maintain program documentation and revision control.
• Create and update manufacturing work instructions while troubleshooting production issues on the shop floor.
• Train machine operators as required.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives through identification of opportunities that will have a positive impact on the business.
• Generate and present project updates using PowerPoint
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
