Job summary

Tecomet is seeking a CNC Machinist II to produce machined parts by operating CNC equipment, maintaining quality, and adhering to safety standards. The role emphasizes continuous improvement and meeting performance metrics, with first-shift availability in Florida.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of CNC experience, strong measuring skills, and a commitment to GMP and 5S housekeeping in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years CNC Machining experience.
• Associate's degree/certificate in Tooling & Machining preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up CNC machines per drawings and work instructions.
• Maintain very close tolerances across a range of parts and metals.
• Change dull tooling and adjust offsets as needed for wear.
• Ensure product quality by following OOQ standards and using measuring equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance and adhere to PM schedules.
