The role requires 3+ years of CNC machining experience, a high school diploma or GED, and preferred credentials in tooling and machining or a machinist apprenticeship. Strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• GED or high school diploma required.
• 3+ years of CNC machining experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up CNC machines following work instructions and drawings.
• Perform progressive machining of various parts and metals with close tolerances.
• Change dull tooling and perform minor offsets for wear.
• Ensure quality using OOQ standards and measurement equipment.
• Maintain PM schedule and perform routine machine maintenance.
• Record activities in the job tracking system and support Continuous Improvement.
