Job summary

Tecomet is seeking a 2nd or 3rd shift CNC Machinist with 3+ years of experience to produce precision parts. You will operate and set up CNC machines, adhere to tight tolerances, and maintain tooling and documentation per GMP standards.

You will contribute to continuous improvement, ensure safe practices, and participate in 5S housekeeping while meeting productivity targets. A strong math background and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of CNC machining experience.
• Experience in a production environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up CNC machines within tolerances.
• Perform complex machining and tool changes as needed.
• Maintain quality using OOQ standards and measuring tools.
• Follow GMP/GDP practices and document properly.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and housekeeping.
• Record activities on the job tracking system.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
