Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years CNC Machining experience.
• Able to read, write, and comprehend written and oral instructions.
• Able to monitor machine sounds to identify and diagnose changes.

Responsibilities

• Set up production machinery and obtain run approval.
• Read and interpret G and M Code.
• Prove out programs and setups.
• Run 5 axis CNC mills.
• Analyze machine, tool, and program issues and perform basic repairs.
• Ensure tolerances using gauges and indicators.
• Communicate effectively with personnel at all levels.
• Meet production quantity and quality standards.
• Follow safety rules and company procedures.
