Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least three years of CNC machining experience.
• Working knowledge of G-code programming and ability to interpret, troubleshoot, and modify programs.
• CNC machining education or equivalent technical experience preferred.
• Ability to read engineering drawings including GD&T.
• Familiarity with precision measuring instruments.
• Forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and interpret work orders, engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications to determine setup requirements.
• Interpret CNC program language and adjust to achieve required tolerances, surface finishes, and product specifications.
• Develop and modify CNC programs to support production requirements and process improvements.
• Set up and operate CNC machine tools, including five-axis equipment, to manufacture precision components.
• Inspect finished components using precision measuring equipment.
• Maintain production records and quality logs as required.
• Support safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives (SQDC) and identify improvement opportunities.
• Assist Engineering with process documentation and control procedures.
