Jobot is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist for an on-site role in the aerospace sector. You will set up and operate 5-axis CNC machines, read drawings, manage fixtures and tooling, and ensure tight tolerances throughout production.

The position offers Monday–Friday, with 1st and 2nd shifts available and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) with company match, PTO, holidays, bonuses, and tuition reimbursement/training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years CNC machining in a tight-tolerance environment.
• Technically proficient setup machinist able to lead by example.
• Strong communication to guide team and collaborate cross‑functionally.
• Desire to maintain a clean, productive work environment.

Responsabilités

• Set up CNC machines by installing fixtures, tooling, and attachments; run production per work orders.
• Perform first‑article and in‑process inspections and adjust offsets for tight tolerances.
• Document production data using ERP and quality tools; track workflow and downtime.
• Collaborate with programmers and leads to drive continuous improvement.
