The role requires a seven-year related background, English proficiency, and the ability to perform visual quality checks while supporting lean manufacturing and cross-training across machines.

Qualifications

• Seven years of related experience required.
• CNC certification or metalworking/tooling certification preferred.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand basic English.
• Ability to perform visual quality inspections.
• Ability to learn, problem-solve and follow work instructions.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, monitor, and adjust multi-axis CNC milling/grinding/lathe equipment.
• Inspect products for quality using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and log findings.
• Read work orders/blueprints to verify specs and BOM accuracy.
• Perform offsets and adjust feed, speed, and axis to maintain specs.
• Troubleshoot machine issues and replace tooling as needed.
• Perform machine set ups and routine maintenance.
• Record production counts, scrap, and labor hours; participate in lean activities.
• Cross-train across machines and work areas; comply with 6S standards.
