Job summary

Qualifications

• Three years of related experience required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Knowledge of CNC, milling, grinding, or injection molding machines preferred.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand basic English.
• Ability to demonstrate basic math and computer skills.
• Ability to learn, problem-solve and follow work instructions.
• Ability to communicate and work as a team member.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, monitor, and adjust multi-axis CNC equipment and other semi-automated machinery to produce quality parts.
• Troubleshoot breakdowns, diagnose issues, disassemble equipment, and replace defective components.
• Read work orders and blueprints to verify specifications and bill of materials.
• Perform offsets to the program and adjust feed, speed, and axis to meet part specs.
• Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measurement tools.
• Document downtime, production counts, scrap, and labor hours in logs or systems.
• Maintain 6S standards and participate in lean manufacturing activities.
• Cross-train by rotating to different machines and areas.
