Job summary

Rehlko in the United States is seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Engineer with CNC expertise to lead process improvements and capital projects on the machining floor. You will diagnose issues, optimize processes, and drive projects from concept through launch, closely collaborating with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, Supply Chain, and Product Engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Technology, or related field.
• 4+ years of manufacturing engineering experience focused on machined components and assemblies.
• Hands-on CNC machining expertise with fluency in G-code and M-code.
• Strong knowledge of tooling, fixtures, gauging, and manufacturing systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; cross-functional collaboration with operations, maintenance, quality, and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on technical expertise across CNC machining, turning, milling, grinding, honing, and broaching.
• Establish and optimize process parameters and own equipment, tooling, fixture, and gauging processes.
• Lead capital and engineering projects from scope through installation, commissioning, and final acceptance.
• Serve as plant SME on machining technology, mentoring engineers and technicians.
• Lead continuous improvement efforts—cost reduction, waste elimination, and root-cause corrective action.
