Job summary

Rehlko is seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Engineer with CNC machining expertise to lead process improvements and capital projects on the machining floor. You will diagnose issues, optimize processes, and serve as the technical resource across CNC turning, milling, grinding, and related systems.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in manufacturing engineering, fluency with G-code/M-code, and strong collaboration skills to work with operations, maintenance, quality, supply chain, and product

Qualifications

• 4+ years of manufacturing engineering experience focusing on machined components/assemblies.
• Hands-on CNC machining expertise with G-code and M-code.
• Experience sequencing operations to consistently produce quality results, not just run the machine.
• Strong knowledge of tooling, fixtures, gauging, and manufacturing systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on technical expertise across CNC machining, turning, milling, grinding, honing, and broaching, including troubleshooting safety/quality/cost issues.
• Establish and optimize process parameters and own tooling, fixtures, and gauging processes.
• Lead capital and engineering projects from scope through installation and ROI analyses.
• Serve as plant SME on machining technology; mentor engineers and technicians.
• Lead continuous improvement efforts—cost reduction, waste elimination, RCCA.
