Job summary

Rehlko is seeking a Manager – Continuous Improvement in the United States to lead enterprise-wide process improvements across Manufacturing, Planning, Purchasing, Sourcing, and Manufacturing Engineering. You will standardize global processes, deploy auditable procedures, and drive sustainable growth with a focus on cost, quality, and delivery.

The role requires 8+ years in manufacturing leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and travel up to 20% domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• 8+ years of manufacturing leadership/engineering experience.
• Experience in large, multi-site organizations preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% domestically and 20% internationally.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive continuous improvement strategy aligned with company goals.
• Create sustainability and scalability through defining enterprise-wide processes.
• Define and deploy standard work in direct and indirect functions.
• Define and deploy standard MOR across all manufacturing locations enterprise-wide.
• Define and deploy visual management at all levels (Gemba boards, dashboards, control towers).
• Identify tools, software, programs and solutions and create implementation strategy.
• Identify and deploy AI to drive speed, cost reduction and quality improvements.
• Track KPIs and KPIs to measure improvements.
• Lead cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and lead by example.
• Utilize DMAIC, SMED, 5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping to streamline processes.
