Job summary

C & S Machine and Manufacturing Corporation seeks a Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead CNC programming, tooling, workholding, and process ownership across the product lifecycle.

You will drive continuous improvement, manage New Part launches, mentor CNC programmers and manufacturing engineers, and partner with QA, operations, and supply chain to deliver repeatable, quality production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 8+ years of CNC machining, programming, manufacturing engineering, or process-development experience preferred.
• Experience leading complex new-product launches and capital projects.
• Experience in high-mix, mid- to high-volume contract machining environment preferred.
• Proficiency in 3-, 4-, and 5-axis machining, CNC turning, mill-turn, Swiss or robotics preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GD&T, inspection, and tolerance management.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical manufacturing process for production throughout the product lifecycle.
• Develop robust manufacturing methods for parts produced from various raw materials.
• Maintain CNC programs, setup docs, tool lists, fixtures, and process drawings.
