Qualifications

• Associate degree or high school diploma required.
• 6+ years of CNC experience in production environment.

• Serve as technical resource for CNC machining and automation systems.
• Troubleshoot machining and automation issues; stabilize existing CNC processes.
• Lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions for defects, downtime, and yield losses.
• Support development and maintenance of FMEAs, control plans, and standard work.
