Qualifications

• Associate degree or High School Diploma required.
• 6+ years of progressive CNC experience in a production environment.
• Experience with silicon, glass, ceramics, or brittle materials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machining centers, grinders, and related automation equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve CNC machine and automation issues; support shop-floor execution.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for defects, downtime, and yield losses.
